It is a busy week for the Crosswinds Press team. The Boomerang and The Bad Enchilada are due to start coming off the binding machines this week and should start to be available to fill backorders and to begin the development of the Limited Editions special offer that you’ll see more about over the coming month. An interview with a talk show in Little Falls, MN takes place on Monday…perhaps I can trot out my “Minnesotan” accent! Later in the week we meet with World Talk Radio to potentially secure a 13-week pilot show that will feature the first ten books in the series plus several “talk show” discussions of key issues in the children’s book industry.
Our books are on display at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, the premier annual event. They are being displayed by Foreward, Inc. an organization targeting the library market. We’re entering contests and holding our breath! It’s exciting, frightening, and humbling!
